I think it is illegal to sell shares and claim a capital loss and then to buy back the same shares soon after.
This sale in my opinion is not a good vote of confidence in the company's future.
If they are able to get an underwritten capital raising
to save this company it would have to be at a discount to the current share price.
Perhaps Hastie Group will let its shares trade for a month before deciding on a price?
Im leaning towards cutting my losses and claiming my capital loss as i have little faith in management.
I was deceived into getting into this stock my numerous positive broker recomendations.
I wish i had done more of my own research on this company.
