I dont agree with what you say I think its even more irresponsible for a director of a company to sell when the IO market is going thru such a dismal period, how can you call that good management, and how are we expected to 'hold the faith', its easy to be cool calm and easy going if you paid less than a dollar for shares.
I will be wearing holes in my shoes for a long time - it makes no sense for management to sell in a falling market - so perhaps you have the answer to that one .
