They are a tight ship and are performing well. Sources tell me they have been doing well across the circuit lately..In fact, the Rydges and Thredbo are dragging them down...
Hoyts can't compete against AHL in my opinion, their offering is inferior and they don't have the same market saturation.
Yields a nice 6% and time and time again cinema has shown how resilient it is in tough economic times. David Seargant is not a mug and the management are shrewd... I held a bit last year but wished I didn't sell actually..
