I think you might be reading a lot of out dated news. The Sedco rig was released after drilling P1. The Transocean Legend has drilled last 3 holes.
As for yesterdays report, I think they were saying that everything was going to plan, as per the last report. I must admit though that it is a little concerning why they bothered, as it was really a nothing thing. I really think there might be a bit of merit in Baraka's post.
As for other rigs working the area, I would think that what they have found in the way of sands would be irrelevent to whats happening here. The closet holes to compare with are P1, Kon1 and P2.
I think you are reading to much into this old mate, and I don't think fridays report should affect the market to much either way. If it does, will only be short term imo.
