I have learnt a lesson here. Never invest in South Africa. There are a lot of white collar criminals out West. ASIC is under resourced rendering it useless and toothless. To deceive is natural part of the Chinese culture the directors will certainly keep you guessing. To quote the “art of war” all warfare is based on deception.
