Flu in and of itself is of no interest to RAP's share price. BUT... having a flu can and does lead to other respiratory diseases like pneumonia. For various reason, the patient is in a less immune state or frequenting a hospital/GP clinic which exposes them to other viruses/bacteria.

So if you're correct in saying BL was happy it is because if true we will see higher rates of respiratory diseases such as pneumonia in a shorter than expected time frame. Meaning faster FDA approval and commercial deals than the market anticipates.
