I've been hearing that since 2008. THREE YEARS.

Buying in expectation for a very public coal deal to be finalised is very risky anyway IMO. The market is already expecting it so you get a lot of "buy rumour, sell fact" action.

Time and time again I've seen it happen - a big but anticipated ann comes out, forums like HC are awash with "this is it, people! $2 by close!"

Then trading opens and the price drops because everyone who anticipated a quick gain tries to dump at the same time.

Within a couple of hours HCers have changed their tune to "I don't understand what is happening??? Why is the SP down, this is crazy!!"

I expect the same thing here when (if) Teresa finally sells - UNLESS it's significantly more than the market is expecting.

But given PB's history of spin I wouldn't hold my breath for that.
