Hi Nursery, I believe that Nick Curtis is looking for a well paid exit strategy from Lynascorp. After all he is an ex banker, doing deals, raising finance, this is his skill set. He is not interested in the day to day management of an operating company to boring and tedious for our Nick.
By moving over to Forge he plans to take a $25 million Microcap and grow it to a large company like Lynas collecting his options and performance shares along the way making him a very wealthy man. Only problem is he is removing assets from Lynas shareholders both big and small that he has no right to and the sooner the Independent Directors and ASIC stop this deal the better.
