Love you Kingkev,(and your posts) just hate anyone mentioning takeover.
Our peak share price was 40.04 cent in 2018 ( look at the Hot Copper five year chart to the right).
Then AJM weren't producing, it was all just talk and talk and talk.
So the director's duty should be, not to consider any offer below 40.4 cents, then there is the plus (premium) to that offer price.
AJM are now a producer and SELLER of that product,WE HAVE A MARKET, so this must be incorporated into the share price.
So up goes the offer price again.
Fifty cents, even seventy five cents, possibly one dollar !
My only opinion, is for AJM to continue to work and build itself into a working, exploration, mining company. Period.
Remember "our" newest tenements, Cleopatra, Hazelby and not mentioned one of Hannibal prospects.
Second time, in my opinion, there is possibly a lot more to be found in the AJM tenements besides Cleo, Hazel, Hannibal.
This, again in my opinion (third time), would put AJM into the over a dollar share price category.
Now we are talking.
BUT, even then i would not sell, i'm a believer of a two dollar plus AJM producing mining company, move over BHP !!!!!!!!
