The Company notes that Canaccord Genuity (Australia) Limited (“Canaccord”) was the Lead Manager of the recent share placement undertaken by TNG (see ASX announcement of 9 November 2021) and the Company had limited dealings with EverBlu during this process.
Great, before the placement no contact but during the Placement we were (Pardon to pun "Thick as Thieves" as EverBlu Capital were appointed as Co-Manager, I wonder who appointed them? from the announcement back on the 9th Nov.:Leading investment bank Canaccord Genuity (Australia) Limited (“Canaccord”) were appointed as Lead Manager to the Share Placement, with Sydney-based boutique corporate advisory firm EverBlu Capital appointed as Co-Manager or did you forget this P.B. and it's a bit hard for the AFP to contact you when you don't answer your phones.
