I think a big factor on the SP if Shell agree is how high it has been pushed in the next 2 weeks or so. I mean if it continues to go how it is today and last few big days we could see around 19-21c before Shell make the Ann.
This means if we are at 20c and Shell say Yes then it is fairly likely we hit 30c, that is only a 50% SP rise which i think is possible if not more.

But if we stay around the 15c level and Shell make the Ann then 50% would only give us 22.5c which is still a good figure but it means we have a lower base.

I would love to see us around 18c+ before the Ann this would give a good base to launch off, thats my thoughts at least.
