I think it is a combination of unknowns. Uncertainty about unknowns keeps CRDs SP down for the meantime. Many ASX investors do not follow a number of things involved here, eg:
    - the $US to Rand situation and implications on selling diamonds or buying equipment
    - how to trade shares on AIM and associated costs if taking up of the Petra shares does in the long run become neccessary (unlikely I feel).
    - how good Petra are to hold? - are they currently at a unsustainable peak and likely to fall? Are Petra dodgy?

Doing research on these factors is not as straight forward as for an ASX listed company. Because of the soundness of CRD's business I've taken a punt that the outcome will be in my favour. I'm not researching these arcane factors and am preprared to take the risk. I expect answers to start to become apparent through postings or news releases or details of the offer in due time. Upon which CRD will likely rise.
