The fact that ''older and weaker'' in Africa are not on the chart due to its low life expectancy may explain its lower covid rates. However must examine why Africa's life expectancy is so low.

Main reason for low life expectancy in Africa is lack of healthcare facilities. This includes less doctors and paramedic staff. Unhygienic living, poor sanitation and low-level education is the main problems at base. Famine is also an issue as is HIV/AIDS - especially in South Africa

Saying Africa is a young continent may have some appeal to some people - just not to the older people in its comunities
