    I think you’ve slipped into old man syndrome here, mogga.

    The views of our youth, mostly, reflect the views of their parents/elders.

    I reckon you’re not giving the young people enough credit.

    Don’t believe what the Uni types say on the tv, that’s just Selective propaganda.
    Try talking to a few younger kids to see what they think, it just might surprise you.

    My oldest is 18 and (occasionally) when he has friends over I ask them what their opinion about the topics we discuss.

    There’s quite a broad range of opinions and if I give them the opportunity to voice their opinions I learn more about them.

    I reckon that their youth is a double edged sword, they’re definitely a bit wet behind the ears but if you can get them to Think about a topic with alternative ideas/angles.
    The young people who I know are more likely to raise doubts about what they see/hear on the MSM.
