Thankfully we know that the facility has been inspected - read the link below - would have hated ACL to be on that list - so i guess its now only a matter of FDA sorting its backlog rather than anything else (anything negative i.e.)

On the positive side - it keeps giving opportunities to accumalate more as and when resources / portfolio permit.
Currently my portfolio is heavy on 2 biotechs - and strangely enough (or maybe its a sign) both are expected to announce company changing and SP multiplication deals / announcements.
