    Happens on a lot of stocks man, their are algos that make sure they get their fill on the close at the lowest price that ecplains the 1 share less situation, there is a definite seller in there getting rid of shares, their supply at 2.3 is relentless, the amount of shares that have been bought and sold at this level is huge, seems never ending.
