WBT would have to go through the tape out and qualification of the 90nm first. Maybe the current demand on the Skywater 90nm line is too high right now and the 130nm line is to test the demand and specifications of WBT reram.
But a matter of time I think.
When all these new fabs that are currently being built start to come on line, I think the move to reram will be accelerated. (At which time WBT will have greater capacity to support tape out too.)
Coby said yesterday attending to the older process nodes is an easier task than pushing into the teens (currently on the go) and lower.
But yes, must be rad hard to go to the moon.
