@GravityWaves, would'nt they need to first convert the debt to equity before any selling of shares can occur ?? Surely market would need an update on this with a notice that this has occurred and hoe many shares were issued at what price. I don't think the market would be fooled into another pump and dump. My understanding is that the date you have mentioned is the first day that Lind become eligible in requesting debt be converted. Becoming eligible does not equal guarantee they will do this at this date.
