There looked to be only one firm (but who knows it might by an S&G subsidiary) taking out full page ads for Personal Injury lawyers in the seniors newspaper. Huge group of people. Why not S&G?
There was a segment about an aboriginal guy trying for years to get justice from the Victorian government on behalf of his father who was denied a returned soldier's land grant after WW2 because of his race. This is crying out for a class action. S&G should offer to run the case even pro-bono or at cost price if they win; it's a huge thing to be involved in.
OK so I'm naive but there should be some better ideas out there or should they go directly to S&G so that they are not intercepted by others?
