My understanding is that the SI's will not get their shares until it is all approved .. see below.. happy to stand corrected..

And as i stated previously i believe this run is the very same SI's pushing and holding the sp here or wherever they want it until they get their placement .. then we will see some offloading.. just my opinion and if someone can show me the date that these SI's got their shares i will have to change my view..
