Every great company is only as good as it's management team. In fact, it is the integrity and honesty of this team that creates the foundation by which the progress and success of any company is based upon.
The question to be ask is this.
Which team best fits this criteria of integrity, with shareholders interests and value in mind?
Do we trust the current management team (that already have the runs on the board)over a team that is to be preselected from London that promises to serve our interests as shareholders better?(imho - I don't think so)
In my opinion the current chain of announcements, initiated firstly by EXT going into a trading halt, then Polo calling for an EGM, followed by Kalahari's response tonight, implies that Polo's call to appoint Mr Dattel's is a defensive / protectionary move to counter the domineering / controlling tactics of Kalahari.
I also believe that Ext's upcoming drill results / increase in Zone 1 resource / substantial shareholder notices will make these matters look trivial.
Remember, everyone wants a piece of Extract.
