    Since 3Q FY 15 to 2Q FY 16 Plant and Equipment on the balance sheet has risen almost $20MM from 62.7MM to 81MM.

    Seems to me they are building manufacturing capacity. From all the transcripts I have pored over there are 4 lines up an running at this point.
