With the stock at a new 4 year low at 3.2 cents, does the single holder with 1.4 mil to sell at 3.9 cents really expect buyers to step in? Someone, probably a B&Y client just dumped about 600K at 3.3 cents. They might still be making a profit but there is no capitulation as yet, just a relentless grind down. Down 40% in the last month alone.
