So for every block of 1 million shares you currently own we can apply for 90,909 shares at 4c and 22727 free options excercisable at 3c...this is good because most holders say owning an average of 1 million shares (for example) arent going to be able to manipulate the price with such a small parcel of additional shares at 4c and are unlikely to offload once the additional shares are issued to the holder.
If it was say 1 share for every 5 owned then you may get a few more profit taking if the head shares were up around 5c at time of issue...will be interesting to see if the Maiden JORC is announced before the rights issue is completed. If so then the share price is more likely to be up around 6-8c prior to issue..Food for thought
