ok - I don't consider graffiti as vandalism - but, one thing I have noticed is that the bulk of the countries I have visited -------- they just do not have vandalism
in some - it's basically unheard of --------- not like in Australia or the UK.
In SEA where I was - unheard of. In France where I am - well, I have seen none. - You see security things - like things locked etc. - but, you very often see things just left outside ---- no need for fear of vandalism and damage - it's just not a risk
there's something about English and Aussies - and, yes, of course - there's going to be other places on earth - but, there's an inbuilt anger and lack of respect that just isn't everywhere else
