PE - providing there is a "sugar daddy" - is one option towards financing. I am not of opinion that FAR mgmnt would embark on this course without loading the bases and that little bit of FAR publicity (re Post #: 21046835), is about FAR and Cath letting world know....."hey, we might be small but we are here to play". So. Mr PC........"girl gonna make you sweat......La la la!!!!!"
Another approach - as alluded to by Mandurah and FAR - is to improve SNE metrics, which will improve on borrowing capacity.
So, although, to stay "in ring", yes - there is need for beacoup de bucks but (IMO) FAR mgmnt are considering ALL options with cap in hand to SH as last option.
