I hope that whatever needs to be done to stop the new directors from being appointed or wresting control of the company away from the shareholders can be done without most of the shareholders being present Plough as there's no way in the world most of us are going to be able to drop everything 3 days out from Christmas and head to WA.

If there is an alternative offer on the table surely there's a breach of some sort on the part of the directors in not informing shareholders of the true situation.

My votes are in deposing the directors from being appointed but after that there's not much else I can do.
