The coot responsible has in the past decade instituted serial legal actions for all sorts of things in SWA. He has never, ever, won a case. Not one. Ever. But he keeps doing it. Does this suggest that the person is playing with a full deck? It looks to many in SWA, that he is not. He could not even meet the deadline to get his deposition in as to what this action was about. I was not going to say anything but this --- in the a-se has about as much chance of success as the proverbial snowball in hell. But they have an independent judiciary there still and they have to go through the process. Here we go...again...
But he has given the downrampers a run and fear feeds on ignorance. Just makes it cheaper for anyone with a longer term perspective.
