What I want to know as a holder is while the Savanna issue exists is the following.
How can the Namibian Government continue to charge BMN the 6 mill payment each year when BMN's major asset is the subject of a claim against the government or at least the Minister for Mining?
BMN needs to clarify where this stands...or start fighting to have these payments deferred until savanna is sorted out.
