Gabbie those companies you talk of must be out of the norm, the ones I have seen take at least a week or so. Two off the top of my head recently were:
IDL - closed 09/10 and announced results 15/10
BLY - closed 23/10 and announced results 03/11
Both were oversubscribed, others I was a part of from earlier in the year took at least a week from memory.
