Greedy Gecko you arrogant pig.I understand ANZ want their money back, but why arnt they giving the 95% of the decent Opes members the option to purchase their shares outright csettling any of their margin position.I know people that were in massive profit no where close to a margin call and they are getting screwed the hardest.ANZ should be getting their money from the ones not meting their requiremnets first then if need be as the legal arrangement was the unsecured creditors cough up the difference. Do you think that the majority of Opes clients would have signed up with them in the first place if they knew thay had no legal entitlement to their shares in the case of insolvency.I suggest before you go blaming the innocent and majority of the Opes members you go read their disclosure statements and find for me and other members where it clearly states these conditions of no legal ownership. dog
