Everyone should vote

The true owners of this company can not vote for a full slate of directors. Other people (the growers) can do whatever they want with our capital. No dividends for us, no worries for them. Give themselves a rebate also no worries. Lose our money-no skin off their backs.

That is why this stock $1.13 of NTA here trades for only 29 cents. The growers had the nerve this year to pay themselves a rebate with no final dividend for us! A rebate out of our capital!

The growers vote for the majority of directors. So they can do whatever they want with our capital due to their majority. It is the power of their directors which decides pricing of ginning and other services , not to pay dividends and to grant themselves cash rebates etc.. Not the non grower directors. Are these growers trying to maximize the value of our capital? Obviously not. But they are our customers and we should work together to come to a mutually beneficial arrangement. Right now the relationship of our $1.13 in assets and their total control is not beneficial to us. The growers have lost a lot of our money in the past, and if no changes are made might just lose it all someday. Again, no skin off their backs if we are wiped out but the new owners in a bankruptcy might not be as easy as us. Another reason to come to an accommodation.

I voted my 267,140 shares NO to Michael Boyce continuing with his his cushy directorship while producing no result to rectify this lopsided raw deal we have as Namoi Capital owners. and NO to their bloated renumeration. A big NO. It won't do anything. He will still win due to shareholder laziness, but if enough vote no maybe someone at the company will take notice someday.

We need some new non-grower directors who are going going be tough and do battle to demand change rather than continue to sit back and collect their cushy salaries in exchange for their silence and obedience.
