This is what I've written today to AFR:

"Dear Editor,
This is about constant problems with Etrade online services.
Whenever there is something happening in the market, Etrade servers are down.
They are simply incapable to deal with increased traffic.
I wonder how the've received the latest award from AFR?
Please check how many unhappy investors there are, go to a major trading forum http://www.hotcopper.com.au/search_do.asp
and enter ETR.
Perhaps some bad publicity in major financial papers and magazines will wake the bloody etrade up.
