Hi molonski, Well in a couple of days we will get more of an idea on how bad the sub prime is as some are reporting all it will take is some bad results and down she goes.... Its not imaginary it is real nothing has been blown out of porpotion! I was reading the house prices in the Sunday Mail a couple of weeks ago gold coast prices havent changed much same with noosa towns like gladstone were full steam ahead (mining and industrial towns/ciities) cheers russell
