    Red meant the government wouldn't revoke the mining licence.

    Black meant compensation would be paid if the licences were revoked.

    The table was covered right. A safe bet

    Ummmm...Zero just came up. No licence. No compensation.

    House wins.

    Not saying its fair. After all, it's political as much as anything. But this will drag on through the courts for ever and no one, except lawyers, will win.

    What a farce. The words 'sovereign risk' must now also be applied to Australia.
