    guys, if its cash - how will they pay for it?

    if its scrip, without doing the maths, based on current NKP share price, NKP current shareholders will hand over way too much of their company for the IGC asset they acquire (unless the offer for IGC is 20c or so).

    It all points to no deal - or a deal with not much premium to current IGC SP.

    my bet is its shelved until next year.
