I thought much of this director selling was covered quite a while back. At the end the day i think many recognised why no cap raising was going to be achieved at higher prices than 5c just because the sp was driven to 12c, even though that may have been closer to fair value mark. I'm certain a poster placed a response on HC from the MD stating that very case concerning a CR. Yeah, i have reflected and recognised why i should have sold out earlier than i did and made better profits, I didn't quite win that round, but i did win the RIO round, and now this time i see the potential has increased significantly fundamentaly and expect a much greater return and will decide whether to hold or sell further in the year as this plays out. @ less than 4c this thing is bargain basement in this game, heck double that and imo plenty of potential with gaining significant profit. Zinc, phosphate, gold-nickel; RIO, Teck, Avanco. I'm in on this play, again.
