tommo due dilligence must be carried out in these days of alleged accountabilit by directors. Basically without sufficint indications that it works, its ethical, reliable blah blah etc etc, they cant say yes to committting. So imo an extension is still a big positive. As its saying myabe yes but not yet. Basically if the deal was no, theyed cut and run instantly.
