Well whether it's been the the technical set up or the prices move in the coal..The very good news is that the share is moving well today..l refer you to the Cup and Handle technical formation and it's relatively low failure rate as set out in Bulkowski's excellent book Chart Patterns in which he has reviewed many chart structures and many cases of each chart and the various charts probability of success or failure.

A cup is represented by a large half circle like formation followed by a much smaller half circle formation ...on completion of the cup and handle this breaks out into a very sharp increase in price..and this price movement can continue almost with unbroken pull backs for some time or very small pull backs ...
