If the equity was to rely on an on market issue then yes I would agree with what you are saying but it has been suggested that there is a strong possibility that it will in fact be a placement in which case they could still well be issued at 20c plus without the current sp needing to be anywhere near the placement price.

Just whether this occurrs is anyones guess as we all know there is not a great deal of info forthcoming from the company for whatever reason.Most likely that any financing detail could prejudice any on market buying of those that may want to pick up stock cheap before finance details are released.

What we do know is that there has been no annmnt mentioning a rescheduling of the appointment of the LFPBank which is the minimum one would expect from the company if it was looking like this was not to occur in the current quarter.
