    From what I read in other posts everything was passed. I trust that means they have the money subject to banking and the BFS to go into production then?

    I too have heard that brokers who are pushing the stock now...I guess at $0.36/7/8 that is well below what instutions who underwrote the options value the company at.

    What is your take on the company now?
