if they get anything less than BBSW + 300 they have done remarkably well.....what was + 60-80 previously won't be seen for a while.
Are we as shareholders privy to what covenants might be placed on that funding?
I would imagine that the bank in question has requested a fairly restrictive covenant with respect to management of debt.....
