Not sure how you can call the suggestion that Australia needs to start seriously planning and imlementing strategies that recognize the high probability that climate will get worse before it gets better as "negative".
On the other hand, your approach seems to be just concentrate on reducing Australia's CO2 emissions in the hope that might solve the issue.
What would you have the Government do ?
