Yes however I have done some research and it's now end of May! And the last report said Japan should be up and running
I still have not checked the Website! It's about a month ago now and a lot should have happened since then, and if not up in
Japan the board needs to explain why delayed again! I can give them one or two delays however this is the third delay for Japan
something is obviously causing the delay, and as I pointed out last time if the lockdown is the cause they need to tell us because
that would soften the blow to the share price, and the downside spiral would most likely not have occurred! I think the Directors must
live up to the obligation they have as company directors!
Does ASIC check listed companies and it's directors and make sure that they release information and update shareholders, and not withholding information to safeguard all shareholder? Management in public companies needs to be accountable if not following the rules! So when a commercial agreement is done and released to ASX, it should be a followed up especially if not happening !
