I have seen in other stocks where people have complained to ASX over incorrect information contained in Announcements. ASX have investigated and in some cases the company have been required to respond to ASX's concerns. Not much happened to them though, although they were much more careful with wording on future Ann's.
Have you tried contacting the company and asking them why? might be the best way to go initially and if no response or unsatisfied response then go to ASX?
I only hold a small parcel, have been in for a year and waiting for this one to take off and buy more. it's not looking like this will be the case though. Management lack communication, which in turn puts shareholders off. Having sufficient stock for all these new markets concerns me also. They've never really released production capabilities/levels from what I've read. I do like the product and buy it, so would love to see it take off.
