Have just finished reading over some old EVG announcements:
I think BJ might have to update his some of his projections for the LL and Azuay projects given gold and silver prices have been setting all time highs and dont look to be slowing down:
As I write this: Current Gold price: 1495 Current Silver price: 43.9
EVG announcement: 28/02/2011, Financial forecast for LL
At gold 1000 and silver 23 = NPV 129.3 or 0.25 per share AU$ At gold 1200 and silver 28 = NPV 156.7 or 0.31 per share AU$ At gold 1400 and silver 33 = NPV 182.8 or 0.36 per share AU$ At gold 1600 and silver 38 = NPV 210.5 or 0.41 per share AU$
EVG announcement 30/03/2011- Forecast for Azuay:
At gold 1000 = average annual after tax profit US$27.2m NPV/EVG Share = $AU 0.16
JID is correct; POG and POS are very conservative!
IMO when considering LL and Azuay project alone the current share price at 19/20c is still seriously undervalued.
Nothing shareholders didnt already know!
