Goodie,
I want to sell a property I have leased for 12 months and have just been reading through 1aa residential tenancy in wa to see what my options are. Won't hijack your thread, will start a separate one.
I did find this statement within the lease
"It is an offence for any person to obtain possession of the residential premises without an order of the
Magistrates Court if the tenant does not willingly move out (a termination notice issued by the lessor or property
manager is not a court order). The court may order fines and compensation to be paid for such an offence."
Take him to Armadale court, should be an interesting/entertaining day out and allow you to move him on through the correct channels.
Good luck with it
