If you believe the company the CI walked away because of the 249d action
The 249d action was a complete farce. The reasons for it were weak (and refuted by Terrain) and the fact that none of the proposed directors turned up to the EGM is testament to what these shareholders were proposing
Since then the share price is down roughly 40% and this is following the release of what are pretty significant test work results.
And the main players behind the 249d action have sold millions of shares since then!
I think he has a right to be angry!!
