Tut tut my friend. Are you not capable of reading, the company stated the potential investor withdrew because of the 249D action. The company has provided a letter refuting lies by people claiming the potential investor didn't exist. If it wasn't for the 249D action the company would be on its way to a listing in the UK. Were you at the meetings in Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney too? Stalking Mr Wood were you?
Shareholders have every right to be angry about the 249D action as it has delayed progress significantly, and now we see what seems like 249D associates selling for a prolonged period now, in what looks like a means to control. You call me a control freak, I think you need to look at some of your mates in the west, they are way more controlling than I am.
