FWIW here is my theory on why the ASX waived it's previous requirement for JA approval.
Once upon a time, the ASX stated that to achieve reinstatement, MMR would need to (a) have PDF status reinstated, and (b) have the Scomo refusal overturned, and (c) receive JA approval.
As we know, PDF has been reinstated, and the Scomo refusal was quashed.
The problem for the ASX was that the condition of JA approval could have inadvertently caused the JA to again refuse the application. The ASX may have left itself open to litigation for not allowing MMR to contrubute to PEP11. Therefore, they waived that prerequisite.
